These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Patriot Auto Detailing website and the detailing services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Patriot Auto Detailing is a mobile auto detailing service based in Mesa, Arizona, serving the surrounding Valley. We offer Express and Executive detail packages, ceramic coating, paint correction, and a range of specialty add-on services. Service descriptions and pricing on our website are starting points — final pricing is always confirmed in writing or verbally before any work begins.

Booking & Appointments

• Bookings are confirmed when we send a confirmation email or text.
• Listed prices are starting points for sedans and small SUVs in average condition. Larger vehicles, trucks, vans, or vehicles in rough condition may be re-quoted on-site before work begins.
• You must provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking.
• You must provide a safe, accessible location for the service — typically a driveway, parking lot, or covered area with reasonable working space.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by Patriot before work begins, after a brief on-site assessment.
• Payment is collected after the walk-around inspection — you only pay once you've inspected and approved the completed work.
• We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
• Tips are appreciated but never expected.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel any appointment by calling, texting, or emailing us.
• We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible — this lets us offer the slot to another customer.
• Same-day cancellations are okay but appreciated as early as possible.
• We may reschedule appointments due to weather (heavy rain, extreme heat, dust storms) for the safety and quality of the work. We'll always communicate clearly if this happens.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind every job. If something isn't right, here's what happens:

• Before we leave: Tell us during the walk-around. We fix it on the spot.
• Within 48 hours: Call us. We come back at no charge to make it right.
• After 48 hours: We'll always work with you in good faith on any concerns.

What We Don't Cover

Our service is professional detailing. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage — scratches, dents, chips, mechanical issues, or interior tears that existed before we arrived. We document conditions at start.
• Damage caused by failure of factory components (cracked trim, loose interior panels, sun-degraded plastic) that may become apparent during normal cleaning.
• Modifications to the vehicle — we don't install accessories, perform mechanical repairs, or modify any vehicle system.
• Outcomes from neglected vehicles where the desired result is beyond what detailing can produce. We'll always tell you up front if your expectations exceed what detailing can deliver.

Insurance

Patriot Auto Detailing carries commercial liability insurance. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our work, please notify us immediately so we can address it. Proof of insurance available on request.

Vehicle Access & Items Inside

• We work on your vehicle wherever it's parked. We're not responsible for issues unrelated to our work (e.g. parking restrictions, HOA rules at your address).
• Please remove valuables, electronics, firearms, prescription medications, and personal items before service.
• We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle that may be moved, misplaced, or affected during cleaning.

Website Use

• The content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by Patriot Auto Detailing or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
• You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or to attempt to interfere with its operation.

Communications

By submitting our forms or booking a service, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your appointment and our services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your contact information.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Auto Detailing's total liability for any single incident is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Arizona state or federal courts.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
